Return & Exchange Policy

At Mayurikaa (Mayur Silk House), we take immense pride in our 60-year legacy of quality. Every saree undergoes a rigorous quality check before being dispatched.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of artisanal silk and hand-embroidered fabrics, we only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Manufacturing Defects: Damage to the fabric or major weaving flaws.

Wrong Item: If you received a product different from the one ordered.

2. Reporting a Problem

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damages. This helps us verify the condition of the saree as it arrived.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Sarees where the blouse has been detached or the fall/pico has been done.

Minor color variations (5-10% difference may occur due to screen brightness and digital photography).

Slight thread irregularities in hand-woven silk, which are a characteristic of authentic handloom and not a defect.

4. Wholesale/B2B Orders

For bulk orders, returns are only accepted for genuine manufacturing defects. We do not offer returns for "unsold stock" or change of mind for wholesale transactions.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
