Shipping policy

At Mayurikaa (Mayur Silk House), we ensure that your premium sarees are handled with care and delivered securely to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time

Retail Orders: Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 business days.

Wholesale/Bulk Orders: As we are direct manufacturers, bulk orders may require 7-10 business days for quality checks and specialized packaging.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Shipping Charges

Domestic (India): We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for select pincodes with an additional handling fee of ₹100.

International: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metros: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

International: 10-15 business days depending on customs clearance.

4. Secure Packaging & Transit Insurance

Every Mayurikaa saree is packed in moisture-proof, tamper-evident packaging to protect the silk and delicate embroidery. All high-value shipments are insured during transit to ensure your investment is protected.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email. You can also WhatsApp our support team at +91 96862 98975 for real-time updates.

6. Damage During Transit

If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery. If you accept it, a clear Unboxing Video is mandatory to claim any transit-related damages as per our Return Policy.

Due to the artisanal nature of our hand-printed sarees, minor delays may occur during monsoon seasons to ensure the prints are perfectly dried and set.
